简介(Introduction)
The FJ-DMA-7x series metal detector from Fangji® is a mixed-frequency full-metal inspection device developed and manufactured by Fangji Infinite Technology Co., Ltd. The product design integrates industry characteristics with advanced industrial design concepts, featuring a simple and aesthetically pleasing overall appearance, while ensuring convenient installation and mobility.
According to the operation flow of light textile industry and international quality testing standards, there are three types of products for foreign body detection in light textile industry.
The first product category is the magnetic metal needle detector, which operates on the principle of electromagnetic low-frequency technology to identify only magnetic metal foreign objects. It cannot detect non-magnetic materials such as copper, aluminum, stone, glass, wood chips, or rubber.
The second product is the all-metal needle detector, which is based on the principle of electromagnetic mixing technology, and can detect all conductive metal foreign bodies, but cannot identify stones, glass, wood chips, rubber and other foreign bodies.
The third product category is the X-ray Foreign Body Gold Detector, which utilizes X-ray fluoroscopy imaging and combines visual recognition with AI technology to identify foreign objects. In principle, any foreign object discernible to the human eye can be achieved 100% accurately through machine training.
Applicable places:
Full-metal foreign object detection: This is required for industries such as apparel, footwear, and plush toys (if the product contains metal components like metal zippers, PCBA, or wire frames, an X-ray metal detector is necessary).
Magnetic Metal Foreign Body Detection: In industries such as apparel, footwear, and plush toys, products containing hardware components like metal buttons, zippers, bead chains, and snap fasteners require magnetic metal detection. For scenarios involving broken needles (if the product itself contains magnetic metal components such as magnetic metal zippers, PCBA, or wire racks), X-ray metal detectors are necessary.
Magnetic metal foreign object detection for aluminum foil or tin foil packaging: Food products packaged in aluminum foil require magnetic metal foreign object detection (if the product itself contains metal, such as metal zippers, PCBA circuit boards, steel wire racks, etc., X-ray gold detection machine is required).
